11/13/2007 Resolutions 2007-281RESOLUTION 2007-281 WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the 2007/2008 fee schedule to implement fees for spayed/neuteredanfmals; unaltered animals; replacement tag fee; potentially dangerous animals and dangerous animals, as identified on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Grand Island to implement the amendments to the fee schedule; and WHEREAS, it is recommended that such amendment be approved and adopted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Fee Schedule is hereby amended to implement the fees identified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
