05/22/2007 Resolutions 2007-120RESOLUTION 2007-120 WHEREAS, property is required by the City of Grand Island, from the owners of Sax's Pizza of America, Inc., located at 1910 and 1916 South Locust Street, for ingress and egress purposes; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 22, 2007, for the purpose of discussing the acquisition of the proposed ingress/egress rights-of-way. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to acquire the tracts of land as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, located at 1910 and 1916 South Locust Street for ingress/egress purposes.
