at the request of the applicant.
RESOLUTION 2007-73
WHEREAS, an application was filed by Valentino's of Lincoln, Inc., doing business
as Valentino's at 2245 North Webb Road for a Class "I" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Lslandlndependent
as required by state law on March 17, 2007; such publication cost being S 13.60; and
business; and
WHEREAS, James Scott has applied for a liquor manager designation for the
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 27, 2007, for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that:
The City of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of the above-
identified liquor license application.

The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application.
The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application with the following stipulations:
The City of Grand Island hereby recommends denial of the above-identified
liquor license application for the following reasons:
The City of Grand Island hereby recommends the application of James Scott
as liquor manager of such business upon the completion of a state approved
alcohol server i seller training program.
