',' .,' ~.....~ RES 0 L UTI 0 N 2006-327 WHEREAS, Anthony Seitz and Kathleen Seitz, husband and wife, as owners, have caused to be laid out into a lot, a tract of land comprising a part of all that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE 1;4 NW 114) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, lying south of the southerly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 30, said tract containing 14.720 acres, more or less, under the name of SUNDANCE SUBDIVISION, and have caused a plat thereofto be acknowledged by them; and WHEREAS, a copy of the plat of such subdivision has been presented to the Boards of Education of the various school districts in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as required by Section 19-923, R.R.S. 1943; and WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island approved the subdivision agreement to be filed with this subdivision; and WHEREAS, as the City Council waives the minimum lot size requirement in the large lot residential/zoning district to preserve and retain future street right-of-way. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the form of subdivision agreement hereinbefore described is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island. BE IT FURTHER RESOL YED that the final plat ofSUNDANCE SUBDIVISION, as made out, acknowledged, and certified, is hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the approval and acceptance of such plat by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
